We are planning to establish a wellness tea shop based on the "medicine and food homology" philosophy, specializing in organic and health-focused teas, targeting the mid-to-high-end market. The store location has already been selected, and we now require a complete brand visual identity (VI) design, including spatial zoning, product packaging, and the overall store visual image. The goal is to create a replicable prototype store. We aim to match the quality of Starbucks, but emphasize a more comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Brand Positioning Core Concept: Medicine and food homology, organic health, natural wellness Target Audience: Mid-to-high-end consumers who prioritize health and quality of life Unique Differentiator: Milk tea is replaced with soy milk (a healthier upgrade). The store will be divided into two functional zones (which must be reflected in the design). Space and Functional Zones Brewing Zone (By Appointment Only) Wellness tea is brewed on-site, emphasizing a ceremonial and experiential feel. The atmosphere should be quiet, private, and relaxing. The design can incorporate elements such as tea ceremony, herbs, and botanicals. Self-Service Retail Zone (Similar to a Snack Supermarket) Customers can browse and select products from shelves independently and complete self-checkout. Products for sale: wellness tea gift boxes, tea bags, herbal snacks, matching tea sets, etc. Requires a clearly designed customer flow path and product display systems. Design Scope Brand Visual Identity (VI) Logo Design: Must reflect the concepts of medicine and food homology, wellness, and nature. Brand Color Palette: Natural color schemes recommended: herbal green, earth tones, warm wood colors, etc. Typography specifications, auxiliary graphics, and brand application guidelines. Product Packaging Design Wellness Tea Gift Box Series: Mid-to-high-end质感, suitable for gifting. Tea Bag / Loose Tea Packaging Packaging Materials: Eco-friendly and natural质感 recommended, such as recyclable paper, cotton, linen textures, etc. Space and Display Design Overall Store Visual Atmosphere: Storefront, windows, wall treatments, lighting. Brewing Zone Interior Design: Tea tables, seating, atmospheric decorations. Self-Service Retail Zone: Shelf/cabinet design, product display methods. Signage System: Zone identification, price tags, directional signs. Prototype Store Development The design solution must be replicable, suitable for future chain expansion. Provide complete construction drawings, material lists, and interior design suggestions. Design Requirements Character and Relaxation: The design must have memorable features while simultaneously evoking a sense of relaxation, healing, and an inviting atmosphere. Benchmarking: Aim for the professionalism and quality of Starbucks, but create a feeling that is more comfortable, warmer, and more natural. Cultural Integration: Incorporate elements of medicine and food homology culture, such as modern interpretations of herbal plants or traditional Chinese medicine symbols. Operational Practicality: Consider smooth customer flow, ease of cleaning, and inventory management. Collaboration Requirements Must have experience in VI and spatial design for the F&B/tea/lifestyle brand sector; provide a portfolio. Must understand mid-to-high-end brand tonality and have experience with complete projects from concept to implementation.
