The logo must reflect sophistication, elegance, and craftsmanship—perfectly aligning with the refined aesthetic and quality of our products. Design Requirements: Brand Identity: The logo should convey exclusivity, timeless style, and artisanal excellence—hallmarks of a top-tier luxury footwear brand. Style & Aesthetic: Minimalist, clean, and modern with a strong sense of heritage and craftsmanship. Avoid overly trendy or flashy elements. The design must feel luxurious at first glance. Deliverables: Upon selection, the winning designer must provide full-source editable vector files in the following formats: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) CorelDRAW (.cdr) Photoshop (.psd) – with layers intact All files must be print-ready and scalable without loss of quality. Reference Materials: Before beginning the design process, we kindly ask that you download the attached product images to understand our brand’s visual identity, materials, and overall style. Intellectual Property (IP) Agreement: Originality Guarantee: All submitted designs must be original works created specifically for this project. They must not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights. The designer assumes full legal responsibility for any infringement. Ownership Transfer: Upon payment of the agreed design fee, all rights to the final logo design—including copyright, usage rights, distribution rights, and modification rights—will be transferred exclusively to us. We will have the right to use, modify, rebrand, and apply the logo across all media (physical, digital, packaging, advertising, etc.). The designer agrees not to reuse, publish, or license the design to any other party in the future.
