I. Transaction Process

1. How does EPWK's transaction process work?

● Post a Task Requirement: Log in to EPWK's official website, go to [Find Talent] → [Publish Task], and fill in task details (requirements, budget, delivery timeline, etc.) as prompted to complete the publication.

● Communicate Requirements (Optional): Talents browse tasks via [Find Work] → [Task Bidding] and send inquiries by clicking [Contact Client]. A "Chat" icon will pop up at the bottom right of the website, allowing you to communicate details with talents. For more convenient instant messaging, contact the Employer Service Advisor at: intl@cs.epwk.com.

● Receive Bids & Proposals: Talents submit proposals and quotes through [Submit Proposal] on the task details page. The system will send an email notification to you immediately upon receiving new bids.

● Confirm Cooperation & Escrow Funds: Go to [User Center] → [My Tasks] to view all bids. Select the winning talent by clicking [Select Submissions] → [Choose This]. The system will redirect to the [Fund Bounty to Platform] page; follow the prompts to complete fund escrow.

● Accept Deliverables & Settle Payment: After completing the work, talents will upload deliverables on the task page. Verify the results; if they meet the requirements, click [Accept and Pay], and the escrowed funds will be transferred to the talent's account to complete the transaction.

2. How to escrow funds?

Go to [User Center] → [My Tasks] to view all bids. After selecting the winning talent via [Select Submissions] → [Choose This], the system will automatically pop up the [Fund Bounty to Platform] page. Follow the instructions to select a payment method and complete the payment. Escrowed funds are supervised by the platform to ensure transaction security.

3. How to accept deliverables and make payment?

After talents upload deliverables, you can view them by going to [User Center] → [My Tasks] → corresponding task page. If the deliverables meet the agreed requirements, click [Accept and Pay] on the page, and the platform will immediately release the escrowed funds to the talent's account. If revisions are needed, communicate adjustments with the talent via Chat.

4. What payment methods and processes does EPWK support?

EPWK adopts a "platform-supervised task fund" model, with the core process: Post Task → Select Winning Talent → Escrow Funds to Platform → Talent Completes Work → Pay After Acceptance.

Supported payment methods include international mainstream channels such as PayPal and bank transfer. During payment, complete identity verification and payment operations as prompted; the entire process is encrypted to ensure fund security.

II. Fees & Payments

5. Does EPWK charge fees to employers?

EPWK does not charge any service fees to employers. Only when you complete fund escrow through third-party payment channels will the payment channel charge a small handling fee (usually 4%-5% of the order amount). The final handling fee is subject to the real-time standard of the payment channel; the platform does not add additional charges.

6. Is it safe to escrow funds with EPWK?

Absolutely safe. EPWK has established in-depth cooperation with Airwallex, a leading fintech company in the cross-border payment field. Airwallex's payment network covers over 180 countries and regions, with local collection capabilities in more than 60 countries and local payment capabilities in over 150 countries.

Airwallex has been listed in the 2024 Fortune China's Most Socially Impactful Startups (the only cross-border payment company selected), Forbes Cloud 100, CNBC's "2024 Global Top 250 Fintech Companies" and other authoritative rankings. It is also an officially certified payment service provider for Shopify globally. All fund transactions are supervised to ensure your fund security.

7. How to get a refund of escrowed funds if the task is canceled?

● Winning talent selected but work not started: After reaching an agreement with the talent, submit a cancellation application via [My Tasks]. Once approved by the platform, funds will be refunded to your payment account within 3-5 business days. Handling fees charged by the payment channel are subject to its refund policy.

● Task canceled during execution: Negotiate a refund ratio based on the progress of completed work. If negotiation fails, apply for platform mediation. The platform will provide a refund plan based on the task agreement and work records.

III. Talent Connection

8. How can I contact talents?

You can contact talents through the following 3 official channels to avoid off-platform transactions and protect your rights:

● After posting a task, interested talents will leave messages for you via the "Chat" icon at the bottom right of the website. Log in and click the icon to reply and communicate.

● Go to [Find Talent] → [Looking for the Right Talent], select the corresponding category (design, development, video production, etc.), browse the talent list, enter the talent's homepage, and click "Contact Me" to send a message.

● For convenient contact methods such as instant messaging, contact the Employer Service Advisor (email: intl@cs.epwk.com). The advisor will accurately match and connect you with suitable talents for free.

9. What if no talents contact me?

Directly contact the EPWK Employer Service Advisor (email: intl@cs.epwk.com). Based on your task requirements, industry attributes, budget range and other information, the advisor will accurately screen and recommend high-quality talents with high matching degrees until you are satisfied. This service is completely free.

10. How to avoid missing messages or bid notifications from talents?

● The system will automatically send email notifications for new messages and bids to your registered email. We recommend checking your email regularly.

● After logging in to EPWK's official website, the "Chat" icon at the bottom right will display a red dot for unread messages. You can log in to check regularly (we recommend 1-2 times a day).

11. How to screen high-quality talents?

You can screen matching talents through the following dimensions:

● Check talent profiles; talents with "VIP or SVIP" badges are more reliable.

● Browse past cases, customer reviews and task completion rate data.

● Prioritize talents with skill tags matching your task type.

IV. Task Management

12. How to register as an EPWK employer?

Click [Log In] at the top right of EPWK's official website (intl.epwk.com), enter your email and password to complete registration. After verifying your email as prompted, select the corresponding identity and fill in your name to register as an employer.

13. How to post a task?

After logging in, click [Find Talent] → [Publish Task] in the top navigation bar, and fill in the following information as prompted:

● Task title (clear and specific, e.g., "Cross-border E-commerce APP UI/UX Design").

● Task details (requirements description, delivery standards, reference cases, etc.).

● Budget range and delivery timeline.

● Task type (design, development, video production, etc.).

● Upload relevant attachments (if needed), and click "Publish" to complete the post.

14. Can I modify a published task?

● Before receiving any bids: Go to [User Center] → [My Tasks], find the corresponding task and click [Edit Task] to modify details such as requirements description, budget, and delivery timeline (excluding task type). After modification, submit for re-review; changes will take effect after approval.

● Received bids but not selected a winner: You can modify requirements but must notify all bidders via Chat to avoid information asymmetry.

● Winning talent selected: Core requirements (e.g., task type, core functions) cannot be modified. For adjustments, negotiate a supplementary agreement with the talent or contact customer service for assistance.

15. Can I cancel a published task?

● No bids received: Directly go to [My Tasks], click [Cancel Task], fill in the reason and submit; the task will be canceled immediately.

● Received bids but not selected a winner: Submit a cancellation application in [My Tasks]. The platform will notify all bidders, and the task will be canceled if there is no objection.

● Winning talent selected: Submit a cancellation application after reaching an agreement with the talent. If the talent has started working, negotiate a compensation plan based on the completed workload. If negotiation fails, apply for platform mediation.

16. What if I don't find a collaborator after the bid deadline?

The bidding channel will close after the deadline. You can handle it in the following ways:

● Repost a new task, optimize requirements description or adjust budget range to attract more talents.

● If there were interested talents who did not bid, use the [Invite Talent] function to invite them to bid after reposting the task. Select the winner after they submit their bids.

17. What if I found a collaborator but the task is no longer open for bidding?

Bidding cannot be reopened after the deadline. You can repost a new task and follow these steps:

● Indicate "Invite talents to bid directly" in the task details when reposting.

● Go to [Find Talent] → [My Favorite Talent] to find the desired talent, click [Invite to Bid], and send the new task link.

● After the talent submits a bid, go to [My Tasks] to select the winner and escrow funds.

V. Security & Rights Protection

18. What protections can employers get when transacting on EPWK?

● Fund Protection: Funds are escrowed with the platform and only paid to the talent after your acceptance, avoiding the risk of "paying without receiving qualified deliverables".

● Dispute Protection: If there is a dispute with the talent regarding deliverable quality, delivery time, etc., apply for platform mediation and submit evidence such as communication records and task agreements. The platform will provide professional mediation opinions within 3 business days.

● Service Protection: Employer Service Advisors provide full assistance, offering free support such as talent matching and requirement sorting.

19. What if the deliverables do not meet requirements during acceptance?

● Immediately feedback specific revision opinions to the talent via Chat, clarifying the revision direction and deadline (in accordance with the agreed number of free revisions in the task agreement).

● If the talent refuses to revise or the revised deliverables still do not meet requirements, submit a mediation application to the Employer Service Advisor and upload evidence such as requirements description, deliverable comparisons, and communication records.

● The platform will organize both parties to provide evidence and make a judgment based on the task agreement and industry standards. If the talent is deemed to have failed to meet the standards, the platform will assist you in negotiating a refund ratio or requesting re-delivery.

20. Who owns the copyright of the task deliverables?

By default, after the task is accepted and paid, the full copyright of the deliverables belongs to the employer (to be clearly stipulated in the task agreement). If the talent needs to retain the right of attribution, it must be agreed upon with the employer before cooperation and specified in the agreement.
