Key Responsibilities: Plan, script, and produce short-form video content aligned with brand strategy. Film, edit, and optimize videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and other short-video platforms. Work with the marketing team to ensure videos match the brand tone and campaign goals. Add creative elements (captions, transitions, effects, music) to make videos engaging. Analyze video performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and social media managers to brainstorm new content ideas. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in creating short-form video content (portfolio required). Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts trends and algorithms. Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, VN, etc.). Creative storytelling ability and understanding of what makes content go viral. Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, and audio for video production. Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver consistent output. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have): Experience with motion graphics and animation. Familiarity with influencer collaborations and user-generated content.
