Product: 3kg push-button industrial hand soap dispenser Material: All PP (industrial grade, wall thickness 1.5~2.0mm, shock-resistant, corrosion-resistant) 3D Modeling Requirements: Overall Shape: A cylindrical body with a slightly conical shape, narrowing from top to bottom, with a total height of 280mm, a cylinder diameter of 180mm, and a base diameter of 200mm. No unnecessary protrusions, a clean side design, and a reserved area for LOGO printing. Top Structure: An integrated dust-proof flip cover (hinged to the cylinder body), with a central press button (40×25mm), which is integrally connected to a horizontal push rod. Internal Structure: An inverted conical hopper (5° cone angle, no dead corners or grooves, with a volume of 3L), a fixed volume dosing chamber at the bottom (capable of holding 10–15g of powder), and a scraping powder blade at the front of the push rod (injection molded as part of the push rod). A one-way damper (PP thin sheet, only capable of outward opening) is installed between the dosing chamber and the powder outlet. Core requirements: Spring-free, metal-free, all-plastic structure; Conical hopper ensures natural powder flow without clogging; Dosage chamber achieves 10–15g/each precise dosing Simple structure, with only push rods and unidirectional stops as moving parts, less prone to damage; Cereal discharge port width 50mm, located below the front; base widened, anti-toppling. Mold release requirements: comply with PP material mold release angle, no undercuts, convenient for injection molding production, mold structure simple, reduce production costs.
