We are seeking a team or individual with data collection experience to collaborate with. Data Collection Scope Target Industries: Machinery and building materials related fields (e.g., construction machinery, building materials, equipment parts, etc.) Target Users: Businesses or individuals with potential purchasing needs (e.g., distributors, engineering firms, procurement personnel, etc.) Collection Channels: Including but not limited to: Comment sections and message areas on short video platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, etc.) Interactive content on information/content platforms Industry forums, discussion boards, communities, and other public channels Other public pages containing user messages, inquiries, and interactive information Collection Content User nickname/ID Contact information (e.g., phone number, WhatsApp, etc., if publicly available) Message/comment content Posting time, source link, etc. Data Processing and Delivery Deduplication, cleaning, and preliminary filtering of collected data required Aggregate in specified format (e.g., Excel spreadsheet) for easy telephone follow-up Regular incremental updates available (e.g., daily/weekly) Technical Requirements Proven experience in data collection/web scraping, with ability to handle anti-scraping mechanisms Must ensure collection practices are compliant, collecting only publicly visible information Provide collection solution description and past project cases Timeline & Budget Start time: Ready to begin once a suitable team is identified Budget: To be negotiated based on collection scope, data volume, update frequency, etc.
