intl.epwk.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "this Website") provides services under the terms of this Task Posting Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract. Please read it carefully before posting a task.
By posting a task, the Employer acknowledges having fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. EPWK reserves the right to update the Agreement without separate notification. If there is any discrepancy between the process described by EPWK staff and this Agreement, the latter prevails. The latest version of the terms, including rights, obligations, and fee standards, shall govern. Continued use of the posting service after changes implies acceptance.
Employers must carefully review this Agreement prior to posting any tasks.
By checking "I have read and agree to the EPWK Task Posting Agreement" during task creation, the Employer agrees to all terms herein. If not agreed, the Employer must not proceed.
Use of the task posting function implies the Employer is a legally capable individual and accepts all EPWK policies and future amendments.
Any matters not covered herein are subject to other service agreements on this Website.
The Employer shall ensure that posted content complies with local laws, is truthful, and does not infringe on third-party rights or EPWK rules. EPWK reserves the right to delete or reject non-compliant content.
The Employer guarantees the legitimacy of all posted content. Upon preliminary evidence of infringement, EPWK may remove content and will restore it if the Employer is found not at fault.
The Employer agrees that EPWK may use service records and success cases for marketing purposes free of charge.
EPWK shall not be liable for service interruptions due to third-party causes or Employer-related issues.
If the Employer violates this Agreement, EPWK may terminate services, delete content, or ban access without liability.
Illegal activities will result in account termination and compensation liability.
If false information or improper intent is detected, EPWK may suspend the account and require verification materials. Non-compliance may result in permanent restrictions.
Disseminating false or damaging information about EPWK will lead to account termination and possible legal action.
Any losses to third parties caused by the Employer's actions must be compensated, including EPWK's legal expenses.
Employers can independently set pricing, task mode, requirements, timelines, and select winning bids.
Platform service fees apply to bidding and reward-based tasks as listed on the website.
Every task must result in at least one winning entry and award distribution.
No one from the Employer's organization may participate in the task; violations will be treated as fraudulent.
Threats related to file delivery will result in penalties for the freelancer and task extension.
Task execution must align strictly with described requirements. Extra demands beyond scope may be refused.
Accusations of plagiarism will lead to cancellation of the award and reputation penalties.
EPWK will assist with IP transfer agreements between Employers and winners.
Labor-type tasks with no suitable submissions are not eligible for refunds.
Confirmed cheating will result in forfeiture of reward funds.
Cheating by Employers includes self-bidding, collusion, and fraudulent submission scenarios.
Cheating by Freelancers includes relationship-based collusion, use of fake info, outsourcing, and other violations.
Plagiarism includes use of protected content or images, and excessive "referencing."
Repeated plagiarism leads to progressive penalties including account suspension.
EPWK may cancel or refuse tasks involving fraud, misinformation, coercion, or illegality.
Repeat violations by freelancers (e.g., fraud, premature termination, false submissions) result in account restrictions.
Severe misconduct may lead to permanent bans.
Reward payments are issued only when all criteria (file delivery, no disputes, no cheating) are met.
Task descriptions must be specific, single-purpose, and not merge different task types.
In special cases, EPWK may release funds after final notice if the Employer is unreachable.
Payment Processing Fees
For payments of task bounties made via online payment, bank transfer, or other methods, all related fees (including transaction fees, telegraphic transfer fees, and intermediary bank charges) shall be borne solely by the Employer.
Refund Processing Fees
In the event of task failure resulting in a refund of task funds, all transaction fees, processing fees, and any related costs incurred shall be borne solely by the Employer.
For full-reward tasks, 100% of funds must be escrowed to express sincerity.
After submission and escrow, tasks are reviewed within 30 minutes during work hours.
Withdrawals require a minimum amount and are processed within 7–15 business days.
Value-added services (e.g., urgency, highlighting) are non-refundable once purchased.
Tasks involving software cracking, hacking, pornography, gambling, IP violations, and other unlawful content are strictly prohibited.
Includes ghostwriting, forced registration, phishing, credit fraud, fake reviews, unethical content, and tasks evading platform review.
EPWK will take reasonable measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
EPWK reserves the right to use aggregate data for analysis without disclosing personal details.
EPWK is not liable for non-performance due to uncontrollable events including natural disasters, war, or cyberattacks.
This Agreement takes effect upon task posting and remains in force until formally terminated by either party.
Disputes will be submitted to the Xiamen Arbitration Commission for binding resolution.
This Agreement is effective upon publication.
